Jacob L. Smith is a full time real estate salesperson based out of Ward Wight Sotheby’s International Realty’s Belmar, NJ office. Jacob is a May 2004 graduate of The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he completed a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance with a second concentration in English language.
Jacob’s career in real estate commenced after college when he was recruited and trained as a salesperson for Foxtons, Inc. of West Long Branch, NJ (January 2005). Jacob, a long time resident of Wall Township, joined Ward Wight Sotheby’s International Realty in December 2006.
Since joining Ward Wight Sotheby’s International Realty in Belmar, Jacob has accumulated a large portfolio of seasonal and annual rental listings, and is, by almost every measurable standard, Monmouth County’s top producing rental agent. Jacob actively lists homes in Monmouth and Ocean Counties and specializes in assisting first time home buyers, vacation home buyers, and real estate investors.
In 2010, Jacob was recognized as a recipient of the New Jersey Association of Realtors’ (NJAR®) Circle of Excellence Sales Award, and closed over $4,450,000 in volume, including over $1,125,000 in rental sales. Jacob’s long term goals include business expansion, investment opportunities and the proper management of his client’s most important assets – their homes.
