Licensed in 1994, Lynn strives to provide service, above and beyond, to her Buyers, Sellers, and fellow realtors, with integrity and a smile. With eighteen years of experience, she services her clients well by listening to their desires. She has a passion for assisting many first-time and seasoned Buyers in realizing their dream of homeownership or real estate investment. She is equally passionate in guiding Sellers to prepare their home for sale with her experience, market knowledge, and finesse for staging. She has earned the designations of Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and achieved the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society level, achieved by the top 12% of sales associates internationally. Aside from being a full-time realtor, Lynn believes in giving back to her community. She is a member of the Assistance League of Hawaii, a volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to philanthropic programs & education for the people of Hawaii, with emphasis on children, women, aged, abused, and needy. Lynn is active in church and takes time to volunteer and support other charitable projects including the Oahu Veteran Center, Lokahi Giving Project, Aloha United Way, Agents For Change, Carol Kai's Aloha Fun Run Expo, and Beautiful Lengths event (a program that helps cancer patients) promoted by her past client.
