Dougall moved to Garden City in 1948 when he was four and except for college has been here ever since. He started in real estate in 1968, right after getting his BA in business and has never looked back. In 1989 he opened his own agency which quickly became and remained the number one office in Garden City. In 2008, Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty joined forces with Dougall and together they have remained at the top of the industry. After all of these years of buying, selling, renovating and appraising real estate, Dougall is one of the lucky ones who still finds joy in coming to work every day.
