Rich MacDowell is an Associate Broker with Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty with 8 years experience in selling residential Real Estate. He is an active member of the community and life time resident of Long Island and the North Shore. Beyond the numerous real estate courses he has attended, Rich has also expanded his professional real estate knowledge by taking the exhaustive 90 hour appraisal course at the American Real Estate School and has passed the USPAP and NYS Licensing exams. Rich has a Bachelor of Science from John Jay College and is a member of MLS,NYSAR, LIBOR and the National Realtor Association.
