Following a successful career in advertising and public relations in Manhattan, and as chief of staff to a U.S. Senator in Washington, D.C., Suzi obtained her real estate license in 1986. Her knowledge and expertise in real estate is enhanced by her law degree, which she earned from the University of Washington, where she specialized in land use, zoning, and historic preservation law. Today, Suzi’s real estate practice encompasses all phases of the business, including listing and selling land, new construction, homes for first-time buyers, and executive estates. She is noted as an expert about historic houses, historic preservation regulations, bed and breakfasts and country inns. Suzi is particularly aware of the importance of establishing positive relationships in real estate and is grateful for the number of repeat customers she has earned, who also recommend her to their friends. In addition to Suzi’s real estate career, she is a writer who has written more than thirty books – primarily on travel, history and food related topics.
